Are these electric bike tours for all levels of riders?
Yes, all levels are welcome, but you must be able to ride a bicycle! Call us crazy but we expect people who book a bicycle tour to be able to ride a bicycle. We will not issue a refund if a guest cannot ride one of our bikes safely.
Are tasting fees included?
Is the Winery Tour a drinking tour?
NO! Our wonderful winery tour is about experiencing our beautiful valley. In 4 hours we only visit 3 wineries and sip, not guzzle wine. If you want a drinking tour we will be happy to refer you to a Limo service. If you do have to much to drink on the tour we will remove you from the tour and have you arrange your own way back at your expense. No refund will be given.
What is an electric Bike?
Electric bikes are bicycles that can operate on either human power, electric power or both at the same time. When electric power is kicked in, the bike can travel at speeds up to 20 miles per hour and do so without eating up gasoline or creating emissions in the process. Advantages of electric bikes include: being able to ride longer distances without straining muscles and getting tired, and the ability to go up hills and into the wind much more easily.
Can I rent an electric bike?

Do I need to book a tour advance?
Yes. Please book early to maximize your chances of getting the day you prefer.
Are tours suitable for children? Is there an age requirement?
Unfortunately, children under the age of 15 are not allowed to operate an electric bike on their own. We offer tandems for children under the age of 15 and at least 5ft tall. Please note that all participants under the age of 18 must have an adult 21 or over sign the waiver for them. However, keep in mind that participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian sign their waiver AND must be accompanied on the tour by an adult 21 or older.

What are the weight restrictions?
There is no minimum weight, but there is a maximum weight of 270 lbs.

Are the bicycles safe?
Yes, your safety is one of our top concerns. We ask that tour participants arrive 15 minutes early to be fitted with their bikes and helmets, so that we can ensure a safe, secure fit for everyone. We do ride on public roads.
Are we required to wear helmets?
Anyone under 18 is required to wear a helmet. We do supply helmets, however if you have a extra big noggin bring your own as our s will not fit you.
Are tours good for inexperienced cyclists?
No, you must be able to ride a bicycle. The start of the tour is not a good time to reacquaint your self with cycling!
Will there be food and beverages included with the tour?
No, but feel free to pack a picnic.
What if there is rain or inclement weather?Bike tours will typically still go out in light rain, but not in more severe or unsafe weather conditions. If we need to cancel the event, we will contact you before the tour time to reschedule your tickets to another time that is convenient for you. Please be sure the local (or cell phone) number you provide when buying your tickets is accurate.
What happens if a bike is lost or stolen?Each rider is responsible for the bicycle. If lost, stolen or damaged, the rider is responsible for the replacement cost.
Do I have to pedal to assist the motor?
No, but they are bicycles and we do recommend pedaling and getting some exercise.
Am I required to sign a waiver? Do I need to bring a valid ID?
Yes. It is a requirement that all individuals participating sign a waiver, . If you are under the age of 18, your parent or an adult 21 or over must sign for you. Participants under 18 years old must have a parent or legal guardian sign the waiver AND must be accompanied by an adult 21 or older. We will also need to make a copy of a credit card and a valid ID of one member of each party. The information will only be used in the case of damage or loss of property.
What if I am a local? Do I have anything to gain from one of your rentals?
Of course! Local or not, there’s nothing like cruising in the area with the fun and ease of an electric bike. Also, locals can learn something new about their hometown, whether it is a new landmark or a new route. Our tous are also great for locals with out-of-town visitors who want to see the sites. This is a unique and thrilling opportunity that will leave your guests thanking you for taking them on this amazing ride!

Are tasting fees included with the winery tour?
No. However some wineries waive tasting fees with purchase of a bottle.
